Halle Berry asked the courts to allow her and her young daughter to move to France with her new fiance Oliver Martinez. One reason for the move is due to the “Hollywood Stalker Robert Hoskins” sending her multiple death threats!

Per TMZ:

We’ve learned there have been and are serious threats to Halle’s life and she feels the move is a life or death situation. Law enforcement sources tell us … Robert Hoskins, a mentally unstable man, escaped from a mental institution last week. We’ve learned he has made threats against Halle’s life — specifically to “slit her throat.”

Didn’t you guys know that France has one of those state-of-the-art stalker forcefields around it? Right. Because there are no nuts in other countries.

At 54 years old this man is considered highly psychotic, extremely violent and should not be approached! In the 90′s Hoskins jumped the fence to Madonna’s house and was shot by her personal security. Let’s hope Madonna’s and Berry’s current security will be just as good! Why doesn’t they get herself one of those Israeli bodyguards? I’m sure Justin Bieber can recommend some good ones.

Ice T‘s wife Coco has taken down a pic she posted on her WhoSay account posing naked with her nephew after it started a major controversy! Of course we got our hands on it before she took it down though, so take a look (it’s censored – sorry boys!) and let us know if you think it’s inappropriate.

The photograph shows the glamour model with one hand on her nephews chest and her other hand propping up her head as she struggles to keep her eyes open.

Now granted, Coco is very close with her sister Krissy and was even in the delivery room with her as she had the baby, but is this crossing the line? Most people thought it was a little strange that she was falling asleep naked with her breasts clearly visible next to a young boy – regardless that he’s her nephew!

I don’t care how close I am with my sister and her kids, I don’t think I would ever take a pic like this. A baby is not an accessory to a nude photo shoot. How inappropriate.

Nashville singer/songwriter Kip Moore recently released his single “Somethin’ ‘Bout a Truck” to both critical and fan acclaim. The video has nearly four million hits on YouTube and the track is rising quickly through the country singles charts (currently in the top 25), with journalists lauding his originality and passion – some are even comparing him to Bruce Springsteen:

“For years, I have been searching for the missing link between blue-collar rock and country music,” says noted journalist Robert K. Oermann, who writes for Music Row magazine. “This year, I think I have heard it. His name is Kip Moore… the roaring, propulsive performances on his debut album sound like signposts on the highway to some Southern-fried Born to Run.”

It’s a fun song that everybody lived at a young age.”

BBC news reports that Naomi Watts has scored the role of playing the princess. The movie will center around Diana’s life after royalty and focus on her time with Dr. Hasnat Khan and the last two years of her life.’Caught in Flight’ will be directed by Oliver Hirschbiegel and start shooting later this year in England.

Jessica Chastain was in talks for the role, but Naomi has been given the honor. Oliver sang her praises and confirmed that Watts is the ideal actress for the job…

The second season of ‘The Voice‘ just kicked off Sunday and already there’s lots of rumors going around about a third season!The original judges: Christina Aguilera, Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, and Cee-lo Green all returned for the new season. Now it looks like at least one of the Judges has already negotiated their way back for a third season!

Per The Wrap:

Aguilera is the first of the four “Voice” judges to re-up her contract, which TheWrap last week reported amounted to a pricey $10 million, far more than “X Factor” judges earn on Fox.

Also we won’t be waiting until next winter for the third season because NBC plans to bring The Voice back this fall. And get this – NBC is going to position The Voice against ‘The X-Factor‘ on Fox. This could get interesting! As for the other Judges, it’s likely they too will return for season three this fall!

I watched the season premiere on Sunday and I just love this show. It’s nice to see people being judged solely on talent and not on their physical appearance! This is how it should be. Music is for the ears not for the eyes!

Katy Perry and Russell Brand’s divorce is final! All that’s left to do is tough out the 6 month waiting period for divorces in California – then they will both be considered legally single! The exact terms of the breakup are confidential, all we know is that Brand filed for divorce from Katy last year due to irreconcilable differences. The former couple made it longer than most celebs, but who didn’t see this relationship ending?!

Because there was no pre-nup for their marriage, legally Brand is entitled to half of what Perry brought in from May of 2010 to May of 2011. This just so happened to be her most successful period! Katy made $44 million between May 2010 and May 2011 — They married in October 2010, so Russell could have scored a fortune if he exercised his community property rights. And that’s a big ‘if.’
